But ...Ok, so I was somewhat right about Ireland???? But maybe your mother had been impregnated by a male nurse in the insane asylum in Ireland..... Soooo funny and the lack of a 4th daughter.......wooooo wooooo wooooooo woooooo!!!!
I am really excited about the book and my story just spewed forth. Cracked me up, so glad you & Jolene liked it too. I might have been laughing even harder because my farrier had just left so I didn't want to read this to the S.O. as he would have not laughed even though I am not attracted at all to my hoof guy (and he has mustangs......no mustang is going to my baby Khaliq!).Squishyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01609283994605336235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5338619987513261239.post-80874896484931819052013-03-06T10:48:19.038-07:002013-03-06T10:48:19.038-07:00OMG Diana!! There's an element that is very interesting--that baby in the picture must have died, as no one ever mentioned that there had been a 4th daughter--so maybe that was me! No one was living in England though, on that side of the family--they were in Scotland and Ireland.

I guess no one wants free books these days!! Hahaha!! Jolene, you were the closest right answer--my grandmother is the girl sitting in front of the parents, so you get the book!! Yay!! But Diana, you deserve something--I always rewarded creative students when I taught at university! So you are getting a book too--it's one I've been saving for you, so now is a good time to send it!! But I'm not going to tell you what it is!!

Btw, I had a post in January 2012, about Robbie Burns Day, and this picture was part of it and I described who everyone was!!

Thanks Jolene and Diana, for participating ♥♥♥♥!!!Dianne SShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02898741341490904783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5338619987513261239.post-54555749841887949472013-03-04T21:45:34.257-07:002013-03-04T21:45:34.257-07:00omg Diana ,you rock !

You lived in England and didn't survive your second year due to your mother leaving you in your crib without a blanket because she was hot to trot for the farrier. He came, shod her horse and then she decided that her young Thoroughbred stallion and the farrier (who actually happened to have a beautiful Belgium mare) eloped, or since she was married, fled her life (and you) to live in Ireland. By the time your father came home, (who happened to be on an extended trip with all of your siblings), you had perished due to extreme cold. There was a job waiting for the farrier at a big racing stable, and somehow your mother thought it would be a better life than the one she left. When she got there, the farrier left her for a younger, more beautiful woman who rode better than your mother and ended up saying your mother was insane. The farrier took her stallion and had your mother admitted to an insane asylum, which btw, was probably where she needed to be anyway. The farrier and the younger woman bred thoroughbred race horses. The Belgium was the family riding horse and very reliable and lived to be 39, which was unheard of at the time. The reason you have this photo is because you have been having dreams about all of this and finally was able to research this life and too many things you "knew" before you read them. The prize for this is your upcoming book. I cannot wait to read it!!!!Squishyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01609283994605336235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5338619987513261239.post-65664351240333962872013-03-04T18:24:17.634-07:002013-03-04T18:24:17.634-07:00oh I love contests!
